Schiedel UNI – classical chimney system with channel airing. It is insensible to moisture; this system embodies the latest achievements for chimney equipment and heating technologies.
Schiedel UNI is universal: one can connect to it classical thermal consumers that have high temperature of combustion products where smoke stack is exposed to high temperature impact and big temperature differences. Also you can connect Shiedel UNI to modern high-efficiency boilers that work on high-quality fuel. Here the combustion temperature in a flue is below pressure dewpoint, and condensate constantly is formed.

Schiedel chimney systems are durable and fireproof, have Russian fire safety certificate VNIIPO, GOST Russia certificate of conformity, approval of State sanitary and epidemiological supervision, certificate of ISO 9001 standard.

Schiedel UNI systems comform to fire safety requirements according to fire resistance class F90/L90, by the European classification. In other words, they can be exposed to1000-1250º C within 90 minutes without being damaged.

Schiedel chimney systems are moisture insensible. Factor of moisture penetration through a pipe wall is less than 5gr/h* m² .It means that gases’ temperature inside the pipe can drop below dewpoint temperature of water vapour for combustion products. Such temperature decrease will not cause corrosion, as ceramics is one of the most acid-proof and water-proof materials. When aggressive condensate is formed, it is gathered in special containers and is dumped into the sewage. Chimney system is not damaged by it. If it is necessary to clean the condensate, one can connect neutralization box to a chimney system equipped with a replaceable cartridge before is dumped into the sewage.

Schiedel UNI system is simple and easy to install. It consists of serial production elements that are ready to be used, besides they correspond each other precisely according to form and sizes.

System components:
• a round internal pipe made of high-quality fire-resistant ceramics which possesses high thermal tolerance, exceptional resistance to acid attack, high density and durability;
• insulation plates are made of nonflammable material and cover evenly all internal pipe surface. Form and sizes of insulation panels completely correspond to UNI system elements. Special configuration of graded wedge surfaces make insulation plates suit precisely both to round section of internal ceramic pipe, as well as to stone cover size;
• an external stone cover is made of light concrete with integrated airing channels that prevent  external chimney surface from leakage. It has also special apertures for additional static fastening.
Schiedel UNI program includes systems with 14-60sm in diameter. There are also double-thread and combined flues that connect heating system boiler, fireplace or stove. Such systems are ideal for private houses. Both one-thread and combined chimney systems can be provided with ventilating channels for boiler-house natural ventilation or for various engineering pipelining.
Schiedel systems can be installed both inside and outside of a building, they are equipped with all necessary elements: container for condensate gathering and bending to the foundation of the building or to various variants where one can install the upper part over a roof.
